Customer Communication
Communicating in an easy-to-understand fashion is instrumental in creating the perfect home for each client. Thompson Brown understands the need for clear communication and has integrated this feature as a fundamental aspect of every project. As a client of Thompson Brown, you will receive a password-protected portal so that we may keep you consistently updated with photographs and information on your home. Plans, specifications, finish selections, and any change orders may be posted to allow information to be readily available at all times.
Every month we will provide you with electronic copies of all invoices and a detailed job cost report. We believe that good communication requires an open book policy and we are happy to provide any additional accounting information regarding your home upon request. Of course, we are always available to answer any questions and welcome your input.
Project Management
Thompson Brown offers an organized and comprehensive production process. The Project Manager assigned to your new home will insure that every detail is evaluated, understood, and addressed using our rigorous standards. Gavin Brown also personally visits each job site regularly to insure the highest quality of workmanship is employed.
Building your home on time and on budget is a top priority. Each month your Project Manager will update your construction schedule to keep you informed of any changes. We will also provide you with a monthly job cost summary report which will reflect any change orders and help you track your expenses and budget. Thompson Brown is one of the few high-end builders who will guarantee their estimate for Cost Plus contracts, giving you peace of mind and an assurance that your home will not cost more than you budgeted for.
