Detailed estimates built on real information.
We take the time to build detailed, comprehensive estimates based on real information: current subcontractor pricing, material costs, plans, specifications and allowances that have been carefully considered. The goal isn’t to arrive at the lowest number. It’s to arrive at an accurate one.
You know the maximum. Savings stay with you.
Before construction begins, you know the maximum you will pay. If actual construction costs come in below the guarantee, those savings stay with you. If costs exceed the guarantee, Thompson & Brown assumes that risk.
