Custom Building,
Centered Around You.

“I have been working with Thompson and Brown as a roofing sub for several years. Every job I have been a part of for them has been very organized and well thought out. The houses turn out absolutely stunning and Gavin, Wendy, Chase and Ahmad are a class A team. Highly recommend these builders for anyone looking to build a custom home.”

“Great team and great experience. We had a complicated project that lasted 2 years. Gavin, Wendi and team solved problems and had incredible attention to detail at every turn.”

“We cannot recommend Gavin Brown, Jim Kennedy and Thompson and Brown Custom Builders highly enough. From start to finish, the entire build experience was exceptional. Their attention to detail and quality were apparent throughout the build process. Building a high-end custom home requires a builder who understands that the little things matter just as much as the big things, and Thompson and Brown consistently exceeded our expectations in every aspect of the process. If you are considering building a luxury custom home and want a builder who combines exceptional craftsmanship with professionalism and a genuine commitment to excellence, we highly recommend Thompson and Brown Custom Builders.”

“We are absolutely thrilled with the quality, look, details and functionality of our new home. Thompson & Brown was amazing to work with, making complex decisions for us very simple and straightforward. The whole process was well organized and all the subcontractors were excellent and reliable. Above all, the communications were regular, honest and so helpful. Thompson & Brown continues to be responsive to every question and issue that comes up, even nearly two years after project completion! We wholeheartedly recommend them!”

“Thompson & Brown Custom Builders delivered a fantastic product, on time (early) and within budget. Their attention to detail, open lines of communication and expert coordination between architect, designer and all of the subcontractors on the project was brilliant. Somehow, Hurricane Helene did not slow them down one bit. We feel very fortunate to have worked with the best custom builder in WNC and gladly recommend them to anyone who asks.”
